BoxCutterUSA is owned and operated by JPhelps, LLC. We have been in the business of safety equipment sales since 1984. We are a veteran owned company.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
We also accept purchase orders upon established credit. Please contact us
should you desire getting your company set up on open payment terms.
UPS charges are prepaid and added to order totals. We reserve the right to alter charges on any order that we deem to have been calculated incorrectly during checkout.
Most orders will ship on the same or next available business day. Backorders or shipping delays will be made known to customer via email. If you have a concern regarding ship date, please feel free to contact us by phone or via email.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number no later than 30 days after the date of sale. Restocking fees may apply!! A refund will be issued for the cost of the goods sold less outgoing freight and/or restocking fees. Freight on returns is the sole responsibility of the customer.
To obtain a Return Authorization number, please call customer service toll-free at 855-871-2700. When requesting a Return Authorization number please have the following: Order number and date of sale. All items returned must be in unused condition! We reserve the right to reject any items that are determined unfit for resale or return to the manufacturer. The only exception to this are incorrect shipments due to an error made on our part. In that event we will send a will-call for return of the product.
