The Cardinal HDS is a safety cutter that can handle the toughest of cutting applications including abrasive materials while also eliminating material binding.  It has a custom steel safety blade with a thicker design for added safety.  It will cut anything from tape, plastic, zip ties, up to 1/4 inch thick cardboard, and the list goes on.
